Matt has been in law enforcement for over fifteen years. He resigned his full-time status as a Patrol
Sergeant
to help create the CorBon Law Enforcement Training Center. Matt is still active with the Sturgis Police Department in their Reserve Officer Program. He has held multiple instructor certifications and duties in Law Enforcement Firearms and Officer Safety Tactics. Matt led the Special Response Team and conducted the majority of the training and qualifications for the team while it was operational.
Matt retired with twenty three years in the Army National Guard. He had multiple deployments during his service. Matt was a certified Small Arms Range Controller and competed with the South Dakota Army National Guard Marksmanship Team. He represented the state at the 2011 U.S. All Army Combat Match in Ft. Benning, Georgia. Matt retired as one of the Governor’s Twenty in both Rifle and Pistol.
Matt has over twenty years of teaching experience and mass communicator. He has teaching credentials from his local community, state level law enforcement, FBI Instructor Development, and the Total Army Instructor Training Course. Matt teaches all levels of students from youth and beginners to advanced law enforcement skills. Matt has taught his wife Ketura and their five children how to shoot. Ketura has become excellent with the pistol. The older three children have already demonstrated skill in shooting.

| Wade has been in law enforcement for several years and has a professional firearms background that spans almost a decade and a half.
Wade holds multiple instructor certifications including 7 NRA firearms instructor
certifications and topics from High Risk Incident Operations to Pre-Incident Indicators to Terrorist Bombings. Wade also holds a large number of operator certifications, which include certifications in advanced weapons and tactics, martial arts relating to law enforcement,
officer safety, and many more. He began his law enforcement career as a Corrections Officer at the South Dakota State Penitentiary, then was recruited to a local Police Department.
Certified as a South Dakota State Law Enforcement Officer and a Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor in the same year, he started instructing basic firearms at the State Law Enforcement
Academy. While working as a patrolman, Wade continued his training with several months per year of advanced training from throughout the United States in advanced firearms, building entry,
and other high risk operations. Along with continuous training, Wade continues to gain Law Enforcement experience as a Reserve Officer for the Sturgis Police Department.
